In 2006, Elettronica Santerno joined the Gruppo Carraro, a worldwide leader in mechanical power transmission, with production sites in Italy, Germany, Poland, United States, Argentina, India and China. The great experience and support of the Gruppo Carraro, controlling 67% of the company, enhanced Elettronica Santerno’s expertise in the field of renewable energies and power supply for hybrid systems, thus strengthening its presence on the international markets.

Environmental sustainability is the first principle considered when designing Elettronica Santerno’s products. The company is aiming at designing and developing industrial systems and solutions allowing achieving optimum energy savings and a significant drop in CO2 emissions.
